Jumbo prawn teriyaki
This is a Japanese sauce with jumbo prawns and Thai marinade

  • Serves1
    180g jumbo prawns {3pcs}
    50g zucchini green and yellow cut julienne style
    30g Shitake mushroom and enoki
  • Sauce
    50cc Kikoman {Japanese soy sauce}
    50cc mirin
    40g sugar
  • Marination :
    2g coriander chopped
    2g red chili chopped
    2g lemongrass chopped
    2g garlic chopped
    2g pink salt
  • Garnish
    Baby cress
    Wasabi
  1. Marinate the jumbo prawns for 3 hours.
  2. For the sauce place all the ingredients in a pot, bring the liquid to a boil.
  3. Cook the prawns in the tepunyak, sauted the vegetables lightly with some oil and salt.
  4. Place vegetables in a plate. Seat the prawn on top, then dress with the teriyaki sauce, garnish with baby cress and wasabi ready to serve.



Beef tenderloin with yakiniku sauce
Beef fillet steak by tepunyaki with Japanese sauce and vegetables.

  • serves 1
    180g beef tenderloin 3 pcs
    30g asparagus
    30g parsnip dlanck
  • Sauce
    50cc kikoman Japanese soy sauce
    50cc mirin
    25g  sugar
    10cc green apple juice
    5g garlic
    5g onion
    5g carrot
    2g sesame seed
  • Garnish
    Baby cress
    Sesame seed
  1. In the blender, puree the garlic, onion, carrot.
  2. In a pot add  the puree with soy sauce, mirin, sugar, sesame seed, to simmer reduce into half.
  3. Cook beef on tepunyaki as temperature require, sauted  the vegetables with some oil and salt.
  4. Place the vegetables in a plate, seat meat on top. Then dress with the sauce.
  5. Garnish with baby cress and sesame seeds.
